তাহলে,
xy = (x + 4) (y - 16) = (x - 4) ( y + 24)
xy = xy + 4y - 16x - 64 = xy - 4y + 24x - 96
0 = 4y - 16x - 64 = - 4y + 24 x - 96
এখন, 0 = y - 4x - 16
y = 4x + 16
আবার , 0 = - y + 6x - 24
y = 6x - 24
অর্থাৎ,
4x + 16 = 6x - 24
2x = 40
x = 20
